The much-awaited Bangkok International Fashion Fair (BIFF) & Bangkok International Leather Fair (BIL) 2009 is taking place next month for 4 days from August 13 - 16 at Impact Muang Thong Thani.
Trade Days : 13 – 14 August (10 am – 6 pm)
Public Days : 15 – 16 August (10 am – 9 pm)

Organised by the Dept. of Export Promotion (Thai Ministry of Commerce), the exhibition is purported to have 1,000 companies / 1,200 booths of local and international exhibitors.
On showcase would be everything related to the Fashion Industry including fibre-to-fabric manufacturing process; textile & clothing accessories; fashion brand names, young local designers, fashion shows & trend forum; Asian ethnic and crafted textile/clothing; fashion & costume jewellery; hair & fashion accessories; all kinds of bags, totes and shoes (for all occasions) made of leather & other materials; leather manufacturing, and many other services related to the fashion industry.
To get to IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, besides the usual 'Impact Link' shuttle bus service from Mo Chit Skytrain Station (every 30 minutes; 30 baht per person), there are also special shuttle buses from some hotels in Bangkok arranged for the exhibition days - the schedule is here - www.biffandbil.com/visitor_shuttlebus_schedule
